Privacy Policy — FS Go

FS Go is an internal application of Flame Solren Private Limited (CIN U40300GJ2019PTC109078), 705, Rio Business Hub, Seventh Floor, Yamuna Chowk, Surat, Gujarat 394101, India. It is used only by our own employees for attendance, site visits and customer meetings. It is not available to the general public and cannot be used without an account created by our HR team.
Who this policy is for
This policy explains what FS Go collects from our employees who use it during their working day.
What the app collects

What the app does not collect
- No contacts, messages, call logs, files or photo gallery
- No microphone or audio recording
- No advertising identifiers, no advertising, no analytics about behaviour outside the app
- No location outside duty hours (see below)
When location is recorded, and when it is not
Location is recorded only between check-in and check-out. It starts when the employee taps Check-in and stops when they tap Check-out, or when the working day is closed automatically by our system.
While location is being recorded, the phone shows a permanent notification, so the employee always knows it is running. Closing the notification does not hide the fact that recording is on; tapping Check-out stops it.
We do not record location before check-in, after check-out, on holidays, or on leave days.
Where the data goes
All data is sent directly from the employee’s phone to Flame Solren’s own server (erp.flamesolren.com), which we operate ourselves. The app store, the app’s build service and any other outside company do not receive employee attendance data.
One technical exception, for completeness: when the app starts it asks Expo’s update service (the mechanism that delivers small fixes without a store update) whether a newer version exists. Expo sees an installation identifier and the app version. It receives no attendance, location or photo data.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own purposes. We disclose it only where the law requires, or to our auditors and payroll processors under a duty of confidentiality.
How long we keep it

Who can see it
Only authorised HR and management staff of Flame Solren, through the company’s ERP. A live map of employees on duty is visible to HR only.
The employee’s rights
Employees may ask HR at any time to see the data recorded about them, to have a factual mistake corrected, or to ask a question about how it is used. Accounts are created and removed by HR, so there is no self-service account deletion inside the app: to have an account closed, contact HR.
Children
FS Go is for our employees only and is not intended for anyone under 18.
Security
Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Access requires an individual account created by HR. Location and selfie data are stored on our own server, not on a public cloud service.
Changes
If we change what the app collects, we will update this page and tell employees before the change takes effect.
